Exclusive to Home Hardware, this undelay is for use over concrete or wood substrates above or below grade, and under laminate and engineered wood floors. It diminishes minor sub-floor irregularities, has SEAL GUARD® for best edge seal, acts as a vapour barrier, and is mould and mildew resistant. Easy to install, it has no V.O.C. emissions and sound performance: STC67, IIC67.
