Our Design Department is here for customizations big and small. Make your new home an extension of your style from fixture to finishes. You’ll get detailed renderings and virtual walk-throughs to take the guess work out of the design process and make sure the final product is everything you’ve been dreaming about.

When you purchase any Beaver Homes & Cottages material package, we guarantee the finished design will meet or exceed the Ontario Building Codes regardless of if you select a standard model, or work with our B.C.I.N certified designers to create custom blueprints.
- The price of materials will not increase from the beginning of the project, through competition in a normal construction time (90 days from signing of package).
- The quantity and quality of materials provided will match the original material list.
- Materials provided will be sufficient to complete the project in accordance with the issued plans and Ontario building code.
- The workmanship of all building products and components supplied are guaranteed to be of a standard acceptable to good building practices.
- All construction, contracting and install services provided by Beaver Homes & Cottages or their subcontractors will be of a standard acceptable to good building practices.
- All manufactured products will include their specified Manufacturer Warranties listed in original material list.
