Description

This porous stone absorbs moisture ensuring the crispiness of foods such as pizza, bread, chicken nuggets and fries, all without the mess of oil fryers! Place the stone in a cold oven then set to preheat to protect the stone from extreme temperature changes (ensures heat is evenly distributed). The chrome plated rack fits snuggly under the stone to easily maneuver and handle when serving. The rack is a great way to safely rest your stone after use. Simply wash with warm water, without soaps or detergents for product longevity. With a 15" diameter, it fits pizzas from small to large.
