Description

WOOD-SHIELD WOOD RESTORER is a cleaner and brightener for exterior bare wood surfaces. Removes grey cellulose and mill glaze from weathered wood decks, siding, fences, and furniture. WOOD-SHIELD WOOD RESTORER needs to be used before staining to improve adhesion. It does not kill mold or mildew spores.

  • A ready-to-use cleaner and brightener for exterior wood surfaces: decks, siding, furniture and fences
  • Removes moss, dirt and grey cellulose fibre and mill glaze from weathered wood
  • Restores surface to a rich new wood appearance, in preparation for refinishing
  • Will not remove paint, stain, or clear finishes in good condition
  • Will clean 250-400 sq. ft depending on the porosity of the wood
  • Wet the wood surface thoroughly with water
  • Apply the solution generously to the wet wood, then scrub moderately
  • Allow solution to stand on the surface for 15 minutes, re-scrub and rinse thoroughly
  • Problem or missed areas may need to be redone and rinsed again
  • Allow wood to dry thoroughly for 2 to 3 days before coating with a refinisher such as Wood Shield's Best, Wood Shield Stain, or Weather Shield Water Repellent Sealer
