Beaver Homes & Cottages Packages are built with Premium Specifications that exceed the
National Building Codes which are outlined in our “Beaver Homes & Cottages Design Book”.
Homes & Cottages Packages are priced from our Premium Specifications with your Individual Custom Additions or Deletions to the Plans and Pricing.
Note: Preliminary Drawings or Blueprints may not be priced exactly as Illustrated.

PRELIMINARY DRAWINGS

Standard Home/Cottage Design Book Preliminary Plans. |

Customized Preliminary (¼ Prints) includes Floor plans & Elevations with Three Revisions. $ 500.00 Deposit Required.

Additional revisions require... $ 250.00 Deposit Required.

Review Estimated Package pricing on final Preliminary Drawings.

BLUE PRINTS

Package A: $ 3000.00 Deposit is required to proceed.

Package A: Preliminary (¼ Prints) and Blue Prints costs are Included in the Premium Specifications and all Plan Deposits will be deducted from Contract and will be shown on the signed Agreement to Purchase.

Package B: BCIN Blueprints @ $ 1.25 sq ft.

(10 Sets) BCIN Certified Designed Blue Prints with Package A.

(5 Sets) BCIN Certified Designed Blue Prints with package B.

PAYMENT POLICIES:

Personal Credit Application to be completed. |

10% Down Payment payable on Signing of Agreement to Purchase with 15% Balance payable plus all additional Permit Costs Prepaid by Atkinson Home Building Centre are Payable, prior to first Material Drop. |

Balance payable as per Agreement to Purchase in three Equal Payments 30 / 60 / 90 Days as per Offer to Purchase Contract becomes Due and Payable in Full when Material Package is Completed. |

Beaver Homes & Cottages Material Package, Agreements to Purchase and Addendums to Contracts are to be paid in Full 120 days from date of 1st Invoiced Material Delivery. |
Builders Mortgage:

10% Deposit required on Material Package plus all additional Permit Costs Prepaid by Atkinson Home Building Centre are payable, prior to first Material Drop. |

Draw Payments are payable as set out by Mortgage Lender. |

Balance payable in Four Draws as per Financial Lender. |

Acceptance Letter from Financial Lender required. |

Copy of Liability Insurance Policy covering project site. |

Homes & Cottages Package Contracts not to exceed 120 days from date of 1st Invoiced Material Delivery. |

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special Orders not included in Offer to Purchase are charged to your Personal 30 day account. |
