Your designer stays involved throughout the project and coordinates the installation, including licensed plumbing or electrical trades when they are needed.

Initial consultation

Meet with a designer to discuss your kitchen, the look you want, your budget and timing.

Site measure and design

Once the project is a fit, we measure your space and prepare a 3D kitchen design.

Showroom selections

Review cabinetry, counters, flooring and fixtures in the Kingston showroom.

Quote and timing

Review the proposed scope, quote and schedule with your designer. Pricing stays valid for 30 days. Once you approve the project, the total stays locked.

Ordering and installation

We order approved products and coordinate installation once the materials arrive.

Finish and walkthrough

The team completes the installation, cleanup and final walkthrough with you.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Interior Design from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson) and built her career in kitchen design before expanding into bathrooms, her particular passion. She believes great design is about creating a home that supports everyday living, and outside the showroom she's a lifelong creative with a love of gardening, antiques and a houseful of pets.

With over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial design, Chantel specializes in custom millwork, with a passion for kitchens, bathrooms, and creative storage solutions. She combines her Interior Design diploma from Georgian College with her Carpentry program training from St. Lawrence College. Outside of work, Chantel enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the outdoors.

Do you make custom kitchen cabinets in Kingston?

Yes. The Kingston design team works with cabinet manufacturers to specify custom kitchen cabinets to your layout. Door style, finish, sizing and storage features are all selected as part of your design. Your designer will walk you through cabinet options at your consultation.

Kitchen renovations completed through the design department carry a 3-year warranty covering both materials and installation. If something supplied or installed by the team needs attention, you call one team, not separate manufacturers or trades.
