Yes. Every plan is a starting point, not a fixed design. Pick one of our 100+ plans and our BCIN-certified designers help you change the layout, footprint and finishes until it fits your lot and how you want to live.
I already have my own plans. Can you help?
Yes. You don't have to start from a Beaver plan. If you already have drawings, or just a rough idea on paper, our BCIN-certified designers can work from what you have, prepare stamped, permit-ready blueprints for the Kingston area, and supply the materials for the build. Blueprint-only work is welcome too.
What's included in a building package?
Your home building package covers the materials from foundation to finishes: framing, roofing, siding, windows, doors, flooring, kitchen and more, plus permit handling, on-site inspections and boom-truck delivery to your Kingston-area lot.
What does the On-Time, On-Budget Guarantee cover?
Your material pricing is locked in for the normal build window, quantities and quality meet the Ontario Building Code, and manufacturer warranties are included. You know what you're getting before you start.
Do you handle the design and permits?
Yes. Design is done in-house by BCIN-certified designers, including 3D renderings and stamped, permit-ready blueprints for the Kingston area.
Do you offer garages and secondary suites too?
Yes. Garage packages and secondary-suite plans, for in-law or rental space, are part of our custom build lineup, with the same design and material support.
